They're being surprisingly intentional about trashing consumer trust. They recently patented a method to inject ads during downtime in video games[1]. Plus they changed Xbox GamePass so you can only play 5-15 hours a month on it, depending on your plan.

Why is installing Linux suddenly becoming mainstream? I don't think any of the managers at Microslop know.
